Dexon Technology PLC
For over 26 years Dexon Technology PLC has pioneered many of the Conventional and Advanced Non-Destructive Testing and In-line Inspection methods utilized throughout Southeast Asia today. Serving the petroleum, petrochemical, and power generation industries worldwide.
Dexon’s head office was originally incorporated on Thailand’s eastern seaboard in 1996 providing inspection services for Thailand’s offshore oil and gas pipelines. Introducing internationally certified inspection services from the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) and the American Petroleum Institute (API). Training local inspection engineers to international inspection standards.
Dexon has been responsible for pioneering internationally certified rope access training courses from the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) in the United Kingdom. Opening an internationally accredited rope access training center for the training of inspection personnel throughout Southeast Asia to meet the growing need for international certification.
In 1999 Dexon launched a program for the development of ultrasonic in-line inspection devices to measure the wall thickness of oil and gas pipelines in the gulf of Thailand, in collaboration with PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited and Total Exploration and Production. It was this collaboration that led to the development of Dexon’s R&D department.
It is the ability to design and develop new inspection technology and its base of experienced inspection engineers that has allowed Dexon Technology to build a strong worldwide customer base of over 2,000 clients in over 40 countries throughout Africa, North and South America, Asia, and Europe.

In order to meet domestic and international client inspection needs Dexon Technology PLC has established the following subsidiaries.
Dexon’s goal is to become the world’s leading supplier of Advanced Non-Destructive Testing and In-Line Inspection services globally. Building on an extensive 26 years of inspection experience with more than 340 employees globally. Continuing to meet the ever-changing needs of the energy industry as the world moves away from fossil fuels and towards clean and renewable energy such as hydrogen, solar, and wind power.
Dexon Technology’s expansion plan involves establishing offices in Europe and the United States to better serve international In-line Inspection markets increasing market share. With the offering of new In-line Inspection technology including the UT-CS crack detection and sizing hawk ILI system, and the Dexon Scorpion fleet for the inspection of furnaces and fired heaters.

1996 - Foundation of Dexon Technology

Relocated to a larger facility in Ban Chang and launched Dacon Training Center (DTC), becoming Thailand’s only provider of API-certified training.
2010 - Growth in Pipeline Inspection Solutions
Expanded advanced inspection services
for energy and industrial sectors.
2011 - Certified for NDT Services by Thailand’s Department of Energy
Introduced internationally recognized API training programs to strengthen technical expertise and industry standards.
2012 - Expansion into Singapore
Established Dacon Inspection Company Services PTE Limited (DITS) in Singapore to support regional business expansion.
2013 - International In-Line Inspection Contracts
Awarded international in-line inspection contracts in Nigeria, Malaysia, and Myanmar, strengthening Dexon’s global presence.
2016 - Regional Rope Access Certification Leadership
Became a leading provider of IRATA-certified rope access training in Southeast Asia.
2017 - International Business Expansion
Expanded operations internationally
to support customers across regional markets.
2018 - Expansion into Global Markets
Expanded operations across Asia and South America, including projects in Japan, Peru, Brazil, and U.S. military sectors.
2018 - GWO Certification & Technology Transformation
Became the first company in Thailand to receive Global Wind Organization (GWO) certification and transitioned into a technology-focused company through the expansion of inspection technology and software development capabilities.
2021 - Expansion into Europe
Opened Dacon Europe BV in the Netherlands to strengthen operations and better serve clients across the European market.
2022 - Transition to DEXON Technology PLC
Renamed the company to DEXON Technology PLC, reflecting its continued growth as a technology-driven inspection and engineering company.
2023 - Public Listing on Thailand’s MAI
DEXON Technology PLC successfully listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI), marking a major milestone in the company’s growth and strengthening its position as a technology-driven inspection and engineering leader.

Formerly known as Dexon Inspection Services, Dexon Technology PTE was established in 1997 and again in 2012 to serve customers in Singapore and neighboring countries.
Dexon Training Center Company Limited “DTC”
Established in 2020 the Dexon Training Center was established to offer Conventional and Advanced Non-Destructive Testing training services both internally and externally throughout Southeast Asia.
Dexon Mechanical Solutions Company Limited “DMS”
Dexon Mechanical Solutions was established in 2021 to provide engineering design, assembly, fabrication, and maintenance services to the petroleum, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
Dexon Technology Europe “DTE”
Dexon Technology Europe was established in 2022 to better serve the European In-line Inspection market.
